ID Energy Group Finalizes Sale of 11 Photovoltaic Parks to Feníe Energía

ID Energy Group Continues to Grow in 2022 with the Signing of an Agreement that Will Add 12.8 MW of Installed Capacity

ID Energy Group continues its growth in 2022 thanks to the agreement signed by Benito Puebla, CEO of the photovoltaic energy company, and Paula Román, president of the energy retailer Feníe Energía.

Under this agreement, ID Energy Group will build and operate 11 solar parks, which are currently in the final stages of development, located across Ciudad Real and Albacete provinces. Feníe Energía, one of the leading energy retailers in Spain, will be in charge of their commercial operation.

The construction of these projects represents a 12.8 MW increase in installed capacity for the company based in Castilla-La Mancha, clearly reflecting its current phase of expansion.

“Without a doubt, it is a true source of pride to have closed the sale of these parks with a company like Feníe Energía, a company we’ve had the pleasure of watching grow over the years. With this operation, we know we’re actively contributing to ensuring that the renewable energy generated is marketed by the many electrical installers who are part of that great family,” stated Benito Puebla.

The photovoltaic parks included in the agreement are in the final stages of development, with some already obtaining “Ready to Build” status. They are expected to gradually become operational throughout 2022.

ID Energy Group will be responsible for the construction, as well as the operation and maintenance of the facilities in the coming years.

Founded in 2008, ID Energy Group has steadily grown both within Spain and internationally, becoming a key player in the renewable energy sector. The group currently employs over 120 people and has an international presence with offices in Spain, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, and Serbia, while also entering the Italian market.
